Dudley is getting a new dog house. Dudley s parents are selling his current house so they can get him a new one. Dudley loves this beautiful home but it s time for someone else to take over the leash here. Who is Dudley, you ask? Skip to the fourth picture to see the little stud muffin that he is. When asked, Dudley said he loves this house for so many reasons. There are three bedrooms for Dudley to sleep in and two and one-half bathrooms with special refillable water bowls. Dudley can relax in the living room during the day while his parents are at work which is conveniently located right next to Dudley s favorite part of the house the food room. The food room (kitchen) has a newer dishwasher, above and under cabinet lighting and granite tile counter tops. A gigantic pantry (that could be turned into an elevator these homes were built with an optional elevator), holds the snacky-snacks, the yummy-nummies and doggy delicacies. The Dud-ster always sports a short, well maintained manicure so you won t see any evidence of him on the hardwood floors. When the world isn t a giant ball of scorching fire, Dudley lays flip-upside down in front of the gas fireplace to toast his buns. As a small fry little guy, sometimes Dudley sits on the deck under the pergola and looks down on anyone below. The pergola, which was purchased in 2019, is included in the sale. After a long day of dogging , Dudley sleeps upstairs in the gigantic master bedroom that has a walk-in closet complete with custom closet organizer. Dudley s humans updated the en suite master bathroom in 2014 to include heated ceramic tile floors, tiled shower walls with niches, Moen faucets, stained cabinets and a framed mirror. They even put cable behind the wall so they could bathe and watch TV at the same time. Not that Dudley would ever take a bath. Probably Dudley s most favoritest space in the house is the family room on the first floor. Dudley sits at the rear sliding door and keeps guard of Dudley s domain. Mostly, Dudley keeps the squirrels away. The humans finished this space out as it was unfinished when they bought it. They added drywall, the Pergo XP floors, the recessed dimmer lights, the built-in entertainment unit, a roughed in bath and a laundry closet. Dudley also likes to sit here because it s where he can greet the humans when they come home through the two-car garage. The humans are always greeted with Dudley s adorable snuffs, grunts and signature Frenchie snorts.
